Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Shipping times

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. Domestic delivery takes between 2 and 6 days depending on the destination city.

Size exchanges

You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a size exchange, provided the garment is unused and has its original tags.

Refunds

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the refund is processed through the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return.
